These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Aman Devgan casting company (Casting Temple), hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and individuals participating in casting processes, hereinafter referred to as "the Talent."

2. Eligibility

Talent must meet the eligibility criteria specified in casting calls. The Company reserves the right to verify the information provided by Talent.

3. Casting Process

3.1 The Company reserves the right to select Talent based on audition performance, suitability for the role, and other relevant factors.
3.2 Talent acknowledges that the selection process is at the sole discretion of the Company, and decisions are final and binding.

4. Confidentiality

Talent agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the casting process, including but not limited to script details, character information, and production plans.

5. Compensation

Compensation details, if any, will be specified in the casting call. Talent agrees to the terms outlined in the casting call, including payment schedules and any additional benefits.

6. Release

Talent grants the Company the right to use, reproduce, and distribute audition materials and images for promotional and casting purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

Talent agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the casting process. Any inappropriate behavior, as determined by the Company, may result in disqualification.

8. Indemnity

Talent agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to Talent's participation in the casting process.

9. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Talent will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the modified terms.
